How does online coaching work?Online coaching is NOT "personal training via Zoom"! Online coaching refers to the fact your personalised exercise programme, nutrition targets and lifestyle coaching are all delivered to you digitally, via my mobile app. You will have daily communication with me personally, weekly check-ins for accountability and to ensure your continued progress towards your goals, as well as access to resources & educative content so that you not only get the results you want, you also understand how to maintain them forever whilst still enjoying life. I will teach you how you can navigate holidays, social occasions, family traditions, work trips all in a way that keeps you in control of your body & mindset. I will give you all the tools, information & instructions so that you create positive habits and a routine which suits YOU - no need to conform to an in-person Personal Trainer's availability. Who is Wai Way online coaching suitable for?If you're an ambitious, career-driven woman who's used to pouring all your energy into your professional development & success, and have let your physical health & mental wellbeing fall down on the priority list, Wai Way is for you. How is the coaching delivered to me?Once you decide to #JoinTheTribe, you will get sent a link to download my private client mobile app. Here, you will have 24-hour access to your personalised exercise programme & nutrition targets that I will have created & set for you. You will be able to send & receive text/video messages with me, and have access to the wider community of Wai Way warriors, from whom you can share experiences & all learn from one another. You will be expected to complete a weekly check-in so that I, as your coach, can monitor your progress and keep you accountable to your goals. There's also the options of phone and video calls as required to discuss your ongoing progress, any roadblocks/challenges you might be facing, as well as map out your longer-term goals. My role as your Coach is to ensure you feel fully supported & equipped to succeed.

Do I need to have access to a gym?No. Your personalised training & exercise programme will be custom-made to suit you and what you have access to. Having access to all the equipment you'd find in a gym will certainly optimise your results (and speed of achieving those results) but you can also train at home or outdoors. Long-term, you will need access to weights because bodyweight exercises can only get you so far! As/when you're looking to invest in some home equipment, I can advise on what would be beneficial.

What if I don't know the right exercise techniques?No problem! Everyone starts somewhere. There is no shame in that. Safety and preventing injury is of utmost importance to me. Every exercise that forms part of your personalised plan will include video demonstrations. Moreover, rest assured that your exercise programme will also have been built to meet you at your level of capability at the time. If there is anything that doesn't feel comfortable for you, I am equipped to provide alternatives that will achieve the same/similar effect! You will also be able to send me videos of your form & technique if you're not sure or want some pointers - one of the many benefits of having an online coach!

How quickly will I see results?This will a) depend on your goals and b) depend on you! Every body is different, and every body reacts differently to new training/nutrition - your health history, exercise history, fitness level, availability to train etc all are factors which will impact timeframes. Some will see/feel progress straight away, others will experience changes more gradually. This is a lifestyle you're building. Remember, results will also require you to adopt & adhere to the plan I've created for you. I will be helping you make positive lifestyle changes & create new habits that will enable you to progress towards your goals and live your best life, forever.

How much does Wai Way online coaching cost?Less than an in-person PT would cost for 24/7 access! Wai Way membership involves a monthly subscription cost - exact pricing will be discussed during your FREE consultation call. New members to Wai Way will have the option of paying their first 3 months upfront at a reduced cost. And, because I want to make health & well-being accessible to as many as possible, for every 10 full-paying clients, I will offer a 50% discount on a 3 month membership to someone who needs it.
